Placing the access door at the front and the 2nd serving hatch at the rear results in an unobstructed and practical internal fitout with space for 3-4 servers

Gladys is currently all electric but gas is an option, she has twin 32 amp circuits with multiple double sockets for your appliances. Gladys is an Essentials Fitout unit so she comes equipped with double sinks, hot and cold water and recessed lighting. Gas appliances can be fitted on demand, also consider an extraction unit and refrigeration.
