We stock five models ranging from compact 2.5m trailers to spacious 3.8m units. Each model is available in BAR and CATERING configurations.
Catering Configuration
Includes a commercial extractor and the workspace optimised for kitchen operations. This includes a lowered worktop on the prep side to present larger appliances like fryers and griddles at the optimum working height (excl. Gladys and Gertrude).
Bar Configuration
The layout is optimised for bar operations, coffee and snacks, light catering and merchandising.

Electric Power and Gas
Gas boxes and gas pipework are not factory fitted. The cost of gas fitting and certification is £1200 to £2000 plus VAT depending on requirements.
The electrical input sockets are present on the outside of each unit – one male 32 amp commando socket per circuit. All circuits are protected by RCBO breakers. Any mobile unit powered from a generator must be appropriately earthed.
The on board fitted equipment (lights, fridge, water heater), consumes 2.0 to 2.5 kw depending on configuration. All units include multiple double sockets above and below the worktop.
2Water Storage and Supply
All units have on-board fresh water storage and on-board waste storage the tank sizes vary from 30 to 90 litres depending on the model. Most models can be filled from the outside using a hose and hozelock connection. In most models the waste can be drained with a hose fitted to the stopcock on the waste tank.

Branding and Signage
Gertrude is unsuited to vinyl decals but has sign mount points, all other models can be vinyl branded.
Availability and Order Process
We receive stock monthly so in most cases we will have the model that meets your needs either in stock or with proximate arrival visibility. A significant position of incoming stock is pre-sold, you can reserve incoming stock with a 25% deposit. Our payment terms are pre-paid in full unless otherwise agreed.
Custom Trailers
Customisations to the internal layout are available to accommodate specialist professional appliances. Typical lead time for custom builds is 110 days.
